By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them before you buy.

Ordering

An order is accepted when we send you a confirmation email. Until then we may decline an order, for example if an item is no longer available or if we cannot verify the delivery address.

You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order, before it is dispatched.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is free on every order, worldwide. Payment is taken at checkout. Your statement will show ASHFORD & WINSLOW.

Orders delivered outside the European Union and the United Kingdom may be subject to local import duties or taxes charged on delivery. Those are set by your own government and are the responsibility of the recipient. Within the European Union we are registered for IOSS, so VAT on orders under €150 is charged at checkout.

Delivery

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days and delivered within a further 6–8 business days — around 9–15 calendar days in total. Full detail is in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Full detail is in our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Products

We describe every item as accurately as we can, including materials and measurements. Colours can appear slightly different from one screen to another.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as customs processing, extreme weather or carrier disruption.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. This does not affect the consumer protection rights you have in your own country of residence.
