Ordering
You do not need an account to browse or to buy. Guest checkout is available on every order.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract exists once we send you an order confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil an order we will tell you and refund you in full.
Prices and availability
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery within the United Kingdom is free.
We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund you in full.
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you. We will contact you first.
Product descriptions and images
We describe every product as accurately as we can, including real measurements in centimetres. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen.
Delivery
Orders are prepared within 1–3 days and delivered within a further 7–8 days — 8–11 calendar days in total. Full detail is in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Returns and cancellation
You have 30 days from delivery to return an item, and 24 hours from ordering to cancel. Full detail is in our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Nothing here affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Acceptable use
Do not use this website unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or copy its content for commercial use.
Intellectual property
The content of this website — text, images, layout and branding — belongs to Ashford & Winslow or is used with permission.
Liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published at the time you order is the one that applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and disputes fall to the courts of the Netherlands.
