Prices
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery within the United Kingdom is free, so the price you see is the price you pay.
Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken in full when you place your order.
Your order is confirmed once payment has been authorised. If authorisation fails, the order will not be processed and we will let you know.
What appears on your statement
Charges appear as ASHFORD & WINSLOW on your bank or card statement.
Currency
We bill in GBP. If your card is issued in another currency, your bank sets the conversion rate and may add its own fee. That is outside our control.
Errors
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full. We will contact you before doing so.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method. See our Refund & Return Policy for timescales.
