Billing terms and conditions
Prices
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is free on every order, worldwide, so the price you see is the price you pay.
Orders delivered outside the European Union and the United Kingdom may be subject to local import duties or taxes charged on delivery; see our Shipping Policy. Within the European Union we are registered for IOSS, so VAT on orders under €150 is charged at checkout and there is nothing further to pay.
Payment
Payment is taken in full at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your order is confirmed by email once payment has been received.
What appears on your statement
Your bank or card statement will show ASHFORD & WINSLOW.
Currency
We charge in pounds sterling. If your card is issued in another currency, your bank converts the amount at their own rate and may add a fee. That is outside our control.
Cancelling
You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order, before it is dispatched, for a full refund. After that, our Refund & Return Policy applies: 30 days from delivery to request a return, refunded within 7 days of the item reaching us.
Failed or declined payments
If a payment is declined, your order is not placed and no goods are reserved. Your bank can tell you why a payment was refused; we do not see that detail.
Questions about a charge
Email info@ashfordandwinslow.com with your order number before raising a dispute with your bank. We answer within 12 hours on business days and can almost always resolve it faster than a chargeback.
