When you place an order: name, email address, delivery address, phone number, and order details. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored by us.
When you contact us: your name, email address and whatever you write to us.
Automatically when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring site. This comes from cookies and similar technologies, and only where you have consented.

How long we keep it
Order records: six years, for tax purposes. Support correspondence: two years. Marketing consent: until you withdraw it. Analytics data: as set by the retention settings of the tool concerned.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or transfer it. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent at any time.
