Delivery times

Preparation: 1–3 days Delivery: a further 7–8 days once dispatched

These are calendar days, not working days.

Our daily cut-off is 11:00 UK time, Monday to Saturday. Orders placed after that begin preparation the next day.

Why it takes 8–11 days

Every piece is shipped direct from our maker rather than held in a warehouse. That is why an order arrives in 8–11 days instead of overnight, and it is also why we are able to offer the quality we do at this price.

We would rather tell you that clearly than surprise you after checkout.

Shipping cost

Delivery within the United Kingdom is free on every order.

We currently ship to the United Kingdom only.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. You can follow it from that point until it reaches your door, and you can also check the status at any time on our Track Your Order page.

When things run late

During busy periods, or if a shipment is delayed by weather or customs, delivery can take longer than the window above. If that happens to your order, we will email you rather than leave you guessing.
